Warwickshire County Council proposes to introduce waiting restrictions at the various locations listed below. The reasons for these proposals are given in the Statement of reasons

The proposals will be formally advertised on the 04th October 2018.

If you wish to object to any of the proposals then details of how to make an objection are contained within the public notice. Objections must be received in writing and the grounds in which they are made must be stated. All correspondence will normally be treated as public documents and may be communicated to other persons affected.

The objection period ends on the 25th October 2018.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, LONG ITCHINGTON) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose one-way traffic flows upon those lengths of roads as described in the Schedule below. .

 

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick; at the Stratford-on-Avon  District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon; and at the Public Library, Tithe Place, High Street, Southam during usual opening hours.

WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (B4100 WADE LANE LIGHTHORNE (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS) ORDER 2018

The Warwickshire County Council in exercise of their powers under section 1(1) and (2) and 2(1) to (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, and of all other powers them enabling in that behalf, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby making the following Order:-

  • No person shall, except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden, cause any vehicle to make a right-hand turn in the lengths of road described in the Schedule below.
  • The Order shall come into operation on the fifteenth day of March, Two thousand and eighteen and may be cited as ‘The Warwickshire County Council (Avon Valley Bowls Club B4100 Wade Lane Lighthorne) (Prohibition of Right Turns) Order 2018.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, MARLCLIFF) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to impose a 30 mph speed limit on the lengths of road mentioned in the Schedule below and revoke the Warwickshire County Council (Various Roads, Marlcliff) (40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2000.

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to impose a 50 mph speed limit on the lengths of road in Kingsbury and Dordon as described in the Schedule below.
