WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (Loxley Road, Tiddington) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to revoke paragraph 8(ii) of The Warwickshire County Council (Loxley Road/Stratford Road, Loxley Lane, Knights Lane, Pimlico Lane, Church Lane Alveston, Kissing Tree Lane Alveston, Alveston Hill, Hunscote Lane and Charlecote Road) (50 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2012 and replace it with the wording in the Schedule. The effect will be to reduce the length of road that will be subject to a 50 MPH speed limit.

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 30 mph speed limit on the length of road mentioned in the Schedule below.

From a point 63 metres north of its junction with Burford Lane, to a point 530 metres south-west of its junction with Whitehouse Hill.

From its junction with the B4089, north-west for a distance of 83 metres.

  1. introduce a one way traffic flow upon School Lane, Warmington, as described in Schedule 1 below; and

 

  1. introduce a right turn ban as described in Schedule 2 below.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to introduce waiting restrictions at the various locations listed below. The reasons for these proposals are given in the Statement of Reasons

The proposals will be formally advertised on the 26th July 2018.
