THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, LONG ITCHINGTON) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose one-way traffic flows upon those lengths of roads as described in the Schedule below. .

 

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick; at the Stratford-on-Avon  District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon; and at the Public Library, Tithe Place, High Street, Southam during usual opening hours.

Any objections to the proposals, which must be in writing and specify the grounds on which they are made, should be addressed to Rebecca Taylor Barnes, Communities Directorate, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX.  (Objections, and the name of the objector, will normally be treated as public information and may be published.) Objections must be sent so as to be received by 24 August 2018.

Description of New Road Proposed Direction of Travel
An as yet un-named road leading off Stockton Road, Long Itchington which is situate 25 metres to the east of Meadow Drive Northerly direction only, from a point 37.5 metres south of its junction with Stockton Road, northwards to that junction with Stockton Road
An as yet un-named road leading off Stockton Road, Long Itchington which is situate 45 metres to the east of Meadow Drive Southerly direction, from its junction with Stockton Road, southwards for a distance of 20 metres
