WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DAVENTRY ROAD, DUNCHURCH) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Orders pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to impose a 30 mph speed limit on that length of Daventry Road in Dunchurch as described in the Schedule below:-

  • The Warwickshire County Council (Daventry Road, Dunchurch) (30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2018; and
  • The Warwickshire County Council (Daventry Road, Dunchurch) (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) (Variation No. 1) Order 2018

A copy of the proposed Orders, together with a copy of an Order to be varied, a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Orders, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick; at the Rugby Borough Council, Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby; at the Public Library, Little Elborow Street, Rugby during usual opening hours.

Any objections to the proposals, which must be in writing and specify the grounds on which they are made, should be addressed to Philip Salter, Communities Group, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX. (Objections, and the name of the objector, will normally be treated as public information and may be published.) Objections must be sent so as to be received by 18 May 2018.

That length of Daventry Road, Dunchurch which extends from a point 11 metres south-east of the boundary of Aspen House.
