WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, FARNBOROUGH) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to impose a 30 mph speed limit on the lengths of road in Farnborough as described in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the lengths of roads affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick and at the Stratford upon Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-on-Avon during usual opening hours and will be available upon request at the Village Hall in Farnborough.

Any objections to the proposals, which must be in writing and specify the grounds on which they are made, should be addressed to Philip Salter, Communities Group, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX.   • From its junction with Mollington Lane, north-westwards for a distance of 147 metres.
  • From its junction with Mollington Lane south-westwards (towards the M40) for a distance of 60 metres.

Hay Pool, Farnborough

The entire length.

Main Street, Farnborough

From a point 130 metres south-west of its junction with A423, south-westwards to its junction with Mollington Lane.

Mollington Lane, Farnborough

From its junction with Dassett Road, south-eastwards for a distance of 192 metres.
