WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 90A PROPOSED ROAD HUMPS / SPEED CUSHIONS – HAUNCHWOOD ROAD & TOMKINSON ROAD

Warwickshire County Council proposes to introduce new sets of road humps / speed cushions pursuant to the Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 upon those lengths of road as described in the below.

A copy of the statement setting out the Council’s reasons for proposing to introduce the speed cushions may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick; at Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton; and at the Public Library, Church Street, Nuneaton during usual opening hours.

Any objections to the proposals, which must be in writing and specify the grounds on which they are made, should be addressed to Philip Salter, Communities Group, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX. (Objections, and the name of the objector, will normally be treated as public information and may be published.) Objections must be sent so as to be received by 2 February 2018.
