WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (B4451 GAYDON ROAD & STATION ROAD, BISHOPS ITCHINGTON) (30, 40 & 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017 BISHOP ITCHINGTON – PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to impose 30, 40 & 50 mph speed limits on the lengths of road mentioned in the Schedules below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, at the Stratford-upon-Avon District Council Elizabeth House Church Street Stratford-upon-Avon Warwickshire CV37 6HX and at the Harbury Community Library The Wight School High Street Harbury Leamington Spa CV33 9HW during usual opening hours.

Length of road in Bishop’s Itchington

1. B4451 Gaydon Road & Station Road

That length of road from a point 64 metres south west of the boundary between property number 41 / 43 Gaydon Road in a generally north easterly then north westerly direction to a point 119 metres north west of the junction with Marlow Green (centre of junction)

2. Plough Lane

From its junction with the B4451 Gaydon Road in a north westerly direction to a point 73 metres north west of its junction with Manor Road (centre of junction).

3. Knightcote Road

From its junction with the B4451 Gaydon Road in a generally south easterly direction for a distance of 216 metres.

That length of road from a point 737 metres south west of its junction with Knightcote Road in a generally north easterly direction to a point 64 metres south west of the property boundary between property number 41 / 43 Gaydon Road.

That length of road from a point 119 metres north of the junction with Marlow Green in a north easterly direction to a point 21 metres north of the boundary between Walworth Farm and the Chapel Cemetery.
