THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (WOOD END LANE & ARLEY LANE, WOOD END, NORTH WARWICKSHIRE) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 40 mph speed limit on the lengths of road described in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Warwickshire County Council Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick; at the North Warwickshire Borough Council, Council House, South Street, Atherstone; and at the Public Library, Long Street, Atherstone during usual opening hours.

Any objections to the proposals, which must be in writing and specify the grounds on which they are made, should be addressed to Debbie Poynton, Communities Group, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX. SCHEDULE

Wood End Lane

That length of Wood End Lane which extends from its junction with the B4102 Nuneaton Road and B4102 Park Lane, in a southerly direction to a point 60 metres south of the boundary between The Lingards & Lingard Cottage.

Arley Lane

That length of Arley Lane, which extends from its junction with the B4102 Nuneaton Road and B4102 Park Lane, in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 350 metres.
