Priors Marston Road, Dog Lane – Napton on the Hill TRO Proposed 30 mph and 40 mph speed limit order 2015

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to impose a 30mph and 40mph speed limit on the length of roads mentioned in the Schedules below. Revoking Schedule 2, Item 6 of The Warwickshire County Council (Various Streets, Napton On The Hill) (30mph And 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2005

A copy of the proposed and revoked Order, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, at the Stratford-on-Avon, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6HX and at Southam Library and Information Centre, 9 Brewster’s Corner, Pendicke Street, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 0HB, during usual opening hours.

(30 mph Speed Limit)

Dog Lane

That length of Dog Lane which extends from to its junction with New Street / High Street to its junction with Godsons Lane in a north easterly direction for its entire length.

SCHEDULE 2

(40 mph Speed Limit)

Priors Marston Road

That length of Priors Marston Road which extends from a point 88 metres south east

of its junction with Butt Hill in a south easterly direction to a point 108 metres south east of its junction with Dog Lane.
