THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DISTRICT OF STRATFORD ON AVON) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS, ON STREET PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (VARIATION No 24) ORDER 2015.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to introduce/change various waiting restrictions in the Stratford on Avon District.

The proposals will be formally advertised on the 12th February 2015

If you wish to object to any of the proposals then details of how to make an objection are contained within the public notice. Objections will normally be treated as public documents and may be communicated to other persons affected. The objection period ends on the 6 March 2015.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a copy of an order to be varied, plans showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the order may also be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, at Stratford on Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford on Avon; Studley Community Library, Studley Village Hall High Street Studley and at the Public Library at Henley Street, Stratford on Avon during usual opening hours.

In summary:

Albany Road, Wellesbourne Grove.

We are proposing to extend the hours of operation of the existing limited waiting restrictions and introduce sections of double yellow lines.

Arthur Road, Clopton Road, Kendall Avenue, Vincent Avenue and Woodman Court.

We are proposing to extend the existing S11 residents parking zone and introduce sections of limited waiting and short sections of double yellow lines.

Clopton Rd TR_9219_3, Clopton Rd TR_9219_4 Rev, Woodman CourtTR_9219_5Vincent Avenue TR_9219_6 and Kendall Avenue TR_9219_7

S2 Residents Parking Zone, Great William Street, Mulberry Street and Shakespeare Street.

We are proposing to change sections of existing waiting restrictions to provide parking during the day. We also propose to include Victoria Close and Kerns Terrace for permit eligibility.

Shakespeare St TR_9219_20.

St Gregorys Road, Maidenhead Road and Rowley Crescent.

We are proposing to amend the waiting restrictions to exempt S2 and S3 permit holders from the restrictions.

Mayfield Avenue and St Marys Road

We are proposing to introduce sections of double yellow lines.

Residents Parking Zones S7 & S8.

We are proposing to combine the S7 and S8 resident parking zones and extend the hours of operation of the existing limited waiting restrictions in the streets mentioned in the Statement of reasons. Where required to reduce obstruction and maintain access we are proposing to introduce sections of double yellow lines. We also propose to include College Mews for permit eligibility.

We are proposing to extend the existing double yellow lines.

We are proposing to provide a short section of on street parking during the evening.

We are proposing to extend the hours of operation of the existing limited waiting restriction and introduce a section of double yellow lines.

We are proposing an extension to the existing double yellow lines and to introduce a limited waiting restriction.

Masons Road.

We are proposing to extend permit eligibility for the S12 residents parking zone and change the existing limited waiting on Masons Road to exempt S12 permit holders.

Studley & Sambourne.

Brickyard Lane, Kiln Close and Station Road

We are proposing to introduce a Sunday parking restriction.
